    I have the same problem..

Ring to pick up on Saturday

    2 shirts ordered

I want a new biker and boots, but big credit cards take priority this year...

By next year I'll need more so have to dent the cards this year a bit!!:)

It hurts my soul when people buy Luxery items at 20% interest.

    But I'm terminally ill, I can't work, I can't live on nothing

After the ring and 2 shirts nothing until next year

(an ex partner left me with a bundle of credit cards -.it wasn't my spending:/( )

Mostly, there's only so many times I can read "looking for biker, new shoes, but I need to pay my card down and I bought shirts and want to but shouldn't buy jeans" and still sympathize. If your debt is out of control, stop buying.

Ya know, if I found out I was terminally ill, I think my hobbies would include heroin and crashing as many rental cars in as many interesting ways as I could think of as many times as I could in a short amount of time before they stopped renting to me.

Maxing out CCs on fashion items might be on the list too, but it'd be pretty far down.

Actually, I have people who would be stuck with my debt after I was gone, so really, it would just be the heroin.

Can't buy heroin with cc's so that's very sensible.

It might be a joke to you

My debts die with me (and they're my ex boyfriends debts not mine...Mercedes cars, Apple Computers etc)- he just took his name off the joint accounts, out of which I've cleared 4 myself anyway by selling my life's possessions

    As for the drugs,

My pain opiates make morphine look like chocolate buttons, but the world isn't any rosier

You wouldn't want my life- why begrudge me the few things I've got left???

    No. Not even.

Hirsh, the problem is that we don't know you. Without knowing you, all I get is that you have cc bills, and you contribute the same sentences to 5 or so different threads a couple times per day. I am sorry you are sick- that truly sucks. But we aren't the people to share your woes with. Not until you've spent more time here contributing new and more interesting content, at least, and even then? You're a stranger.

I'm truly sorry you feel like that

I really want to fit in

    I love SF

Lots of people who I could never get to meet all jeans/clothes mad

Just have some patience and I'll learn to fit in

I also don't want my death to become a focus of the forum

    Give me a chance:):):)

I'm not joking, dude. I can quite literally think of countless things I would do if I knew I had very limited time, but kopping fashion items above my means, or bitching about not being able to on styleforum just doesn't quite have that blaze-of-glory ring to it.

And you know what, if clothing really is your one true passion in life and that's what you want to spend the rest of your life around, I'm not saying that's the worst thing in the world. But the tone of your posts thus far has been way off and frankly is putting a lot of people off as well, it seems.

Like, I can't afford a yacht (sorry if this dispels anyone's illusions). If I found out I was dying tomorrow, I'm not going to jump on yachtforum and make 10 posts about the fishing canoe I'm buying on borrowed money this year after I pay off the oars I bought last year.

Because if you want to talk about money, then go somewhere where people want to discuss money.
