saelan, i like the idea there, i just think there's one mismatched item--either the jeans, jean jacket, or coat need to either be not in the fit or swapped for something different for it to cohere.

Regis: that sweater looks great. Love the slightly oversized fit on you.

Saelan: love the beard and the coat. I'd swap out the denim jacket though.

    back to the tie gig...

i like the color and texture of this jacket a lot, but i think it may be too big (which is probably fixable) and too long (not really fixable).

not sure if its time to part ways with her or not.

(and thanks for all the feedback and thumbs yesterday, guys)

Stitches, I hve to say that I really just don't think brown is a good color for you, especially with that grey. You look much nicer in navy and the few other colors you've shown. I think it ages you unnecessarily. .02$

Stitchy - if that jacket is too big it's not evident from that picture.

thanks for the feedback, synth. do you mean yesterdays brown or todays? todays jacket is really a gray/purple irl to my eye but never comes out right in pics. tbh, i think my face looks horribly haggard this morning, my eyes look tired, baggy and red, and i need a haircut and beard trim so bad. i guess the colors are making it even worse.

interesting that you say that, as most people tell me that earth tones are good for me.

good stuff. ill take note of it on future kops and fits.

    thanks!

cool. thats nice to hear. thanks for answering. :)

I do think Appleseed does what he does really well. It's a somewhat unique thing that is very consistent and almost always looks good. I wouldn't consider it "the tech thing" at all though, I would put it more along the lines of what falla describes that he wants his style to be. He also had some sort of follow up comment of liking the idea of bigger trousers, so all of that together just made me think of Appleseed with his killer pinroll and combo of tech and streetwear.

Also, S/O to the guy with the follow up comment where he linked to a big album of appleseed pics.

@in stitches indeed, doesn't look too big from the pic. If it seems big to you, it sounds like a good opportunity for layering a big sweater under it on cold days.

@CruisersCreek, this outfit is where those shoes from last time should be. these are OK though.

thanks, ghdvfddzgzdzg. not a bad idea. however, the only thing i feel comfortable to wear under a SC would be a thin v-neck though, and i dont have any right now. im on the hunt.

i guess in SWD a jacket that is big enough to accommodate a large sweater could still be considered well fitting, but for MC, i think if a jacket is that big, it probably doesnt fit. i dont think they are cut and styled in a way that would accommodate a large sweater underneath.

id love to see pics that prove me wrong tho.
