    first, you need to do something with that hair. derbies don't really go well with that kind of fit, imo. cropped trousers or 3/4th length tapered pants would work better with derbies. if you replaced your derbies with sneakers, it would look like you're about to go ball. it's....a rather uninspired fit, tbh.

    edit: lol 3 people said the exact same thing

    Tailor Stitch denim shirt came in today. What better time than to show y'all the fit.

    Sleeves are too long, otherwise I think it's decent. Tucked in because I'm considering ordering a button down from them..

    you definitely need to wear different pants. you're getting massive pocket flares, which are making your hips look even bigger. in addition, it looks like you're about to cameltoe because the pants are riding so high. i think for someone as built as you, you really need to go made to measure.

    the shirt fits pretty well for the most part, at least from a cursory glance.

    Even the man in those pictures behind you couldn't save this... JK, JK.

    But really, I agree with everyone else about this being incongruent. There's probably some damn fine fabrics and textures happening here, but all together, it's underwhelming considering what you probably paid to put it together. Shirt looks cool, even from afar.

    Agree with nahneun re: the cropped trousers. Make that change alone and the fit would be magnitudes better

    @1234

    I think some cropped trousers like these would make it a really good look

    And I always thought that cropped trousers were mostly for women. Live and learn!

    Once you start getting into aesthetics that stray from the mainstream, heteronormative considerations fade :foo:

    Dude don't acknowledge it. Just let it "express its opinions" so it can once again disappear peacefully into the background

    Actually, wait. Let's consider the long game, here... Remember what happened with xhale when everyone was all like, ToJ!, ToJ!, ToJ!...and xhale was like, Fuck yeah, I'll get a ToJ!..., but then he got one, and everyone was like, Dude, why the fuck did you get a ToJ!?...and then a minor troll was created? Well imagine what'll happen if you start pushing what he'll come to recognize as capri pants. It will not be pretty. acecow, pls continue....

    Please don't quote him. He's on my ignore list. I have a strong desire to reply to his posts if I see them, but I'd rather not, because it'll most likely start another shitstorm. Has he ever posted a fit or said anything useful at all? Just curious.

  17. He just did...that's why cropped pants were brought up

    I think acecow was talking about Bam! In which case, yes, he's posted many good fits and offered some great advice in this thread, as recently as a day ago.
