I'm totally lost here. I have no idea where either statement came from.

Hi guys! Great discussion here! Keep it up! [IMG]

People fawn over EG, John Lobb, and C&G as well; it's just that Spoo wears Carmina 70% of the time, so tossing around that name gets you instant style cred. Carmina shoes always look beautiful, but that's no reason to give a thumbs-up to a fit pic.

Yeah, but Spoo comprises like 70% of the posts in MC, so that in itself makes Carmina an MC meme.

So, I'm listening to this Norwegian ambient shit while reading this thread and the music helps all this blabbering go down easier. Might never return without gentile gentle pianos accompanying me

It's streaming on soundcloud. Click here and drift away with me

When you said Norwegian ambient shit, my ears perked up...
Try this also...good for the more avant-garde, "techy" fits...eg. SnowmanXL...

    For CDHagg fits, I suggest:

What? Royksopp is excellent, especially the KDA collabs. I guess those most of all, actually. Hurray for a new Knife CD!

autechre is good... I love 'vose in' It almost makes me cry at the end.. The knife is good too.... my 6 year old loves 'marble house'... oddly... Isn't IDM as a genre dead now.. 10 years ago I was really into it, now I just throw some S.A.W on every once in awhile.

I dunno why, but that feels creepy to me.

Really atmospheric shit, though - fever ray's "if I had a heart" nearly makes me lose my shit every time.

Schneider looks fine, you'll surely be able to pair it with appropriate pieces after the adjustment period (collar is tricky IMHO). It is true you tend to buy "good deals" in brand that are interesting but require a lot of similar clothes and then end up doing the logical choice (reselling them) as they don't fit your wardrobe. The only good deals are those that are on things you already wanted, the rest is just wardrobe noise.

No hate on wailing icelanders, but didn't the indie scene collectively get over that like...6 years ago? I mean, did you hear that there's a version of "Wake Up" where David Bowie's singing? Did you?

I loved IDM. I was really into the WARP label at the time. Now I just listen to mostly kitsune/modular. It's fun party music.

    Beegees for SnowmanXL?!!?!? WTF?

What's suggested so far is not right! SnowmanXL fits should be this, instead of some Eurotrashy, electro-crap like Knife or Royksopp...
