Thanks, Keith. Sound advice. I'm so impatient. I'm that guy who goes in to order a car and ends up buying one off the lot. LOL

TWATers who follow closely I'm sure know what it is. Thanks for the sympathy. LOL

Never seen it with lume. That is pretty cool.

Looks similar to my old Cyma. Which strangely enough, I keep on the same Nomos strap.

Nomos wins in every way. Cleaner dial, larger, lume, a date function, in house movement. I can't get past the date setting on Nomos though. I think it would drive me crazy.

Anyone ever ordered a custom strap from Camille Fournet? I have no doubt in the quality but I am curious about their service? Delivery time? Their website estimates 2 weeks, can they really deliver that quick?

I must say, Nomos do make quite a few watches I like the look of.

One of mine took at least a month to arrive but I've heard others receive theirs within a week. I recommend taking rubber lining and waxed edges. They're worth the extra cost making the strap much more lasting - especially if you have a deployment clasp.

I've been using Camille Fournet for years. The material quality and workmanship are far superior to ABP, though the online configurator does not provide as many leather or color options. Usually orders take two to three weeks.

We just got a new strap for my wife's Reverso and one for my Portuguese. I'll post pics tomorrow when there's better light.

Thanks for the input arska & foo. Looking forward to the pics too foo.

In their configurator, you can put which watch you are buying for, do they try and offer suggestions or just configure the strap for the watch itself? They also take email orders?

Because I want either a black cordovan or a navy croc for my Cartier Tank but the lug size is supposedly 20.5mm. I was just going to get a 21mm and squeeze it in there but if they can actually make it 20.5mm then why not? Or if they would just automatically adjust the lug size to 20.5mm?

I think I read somewhere that they adjust the leather thickness by the lug if you order it for a Reverso so that the leather sits more flush? I can't find where I read that from but I vaguely remember it.
