By 'monthly reset', do you mean 5 times a year?

fine..., I don't know, I just find resetting dates super annoying, was looking at JLC master chronograph in black dial (this is after I bought ultra thin moon phase which has date) and would probably had cope if it didn't have date

Received this beauty from my Folks this Christmas, delighted with it - something to pass down one day :)

Hello Everyone, Id like to share with you my rare 1990's 18k Karat Gold Audemars Piguet Bamboo Day Date Moonphase Chronograph watch.

My Business Maison Raksha refurbishes old luxury time pieces and puts them back on the market, but this watch was too fine to part with.

Morning, gents. Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season.

So, I have been thinking about watch backs and rotors a lot cuz I love them so.

Please to post pics of your favorite backs and rotors. Will be much fun!

I vaguely remember seeing advertisements for their Bamboo watches. IIRC these date back to roughly the late 1980s early 90s. The same movement was also used in the Royal Oak, and a few of their more classic dress watches.

A bit of an impulse buy, but I picked this up while back in Dallas for the holidays while visiting Timeless Luxury Watches. It's something I'd thought about off an on since it was announced, but I liked it more in person than I thought I would. I find the size on the wrist to be great and its relatively thin without feeling like a pankcake.

With it's other recently acquired brother.

And since casebacks were asked for...

^ Haven't pulled the trigger yet but love the watches Nomos has been putting out the past few years.

Here is an atypical caseback view of a familiar watch:

So, we all agree that the rotor on the AP 3120 is the nicest all time and that the RO caseback is also pretty much #1?

My contribution to Stitchy's quest for photo of movements with rotors.
Top photo is F.Piguet 1185 chronograph movement as modified/finished by Cartier. The second photos is AP cal 2121.

Not my watch, but I'd make a pretty strong case for this Laurent Ferrier micro rotor as well. Sorry for the huge pic.

I could be wrong, but I thought Stitchy was looking for photos of watches with rotors. If we are just showing watches with exhibition backs, then my contribution is this ...
