For those who's shirts have shrunk in length, how much are they shrinking in the width?

checked out uniqlo @ 34th street, not very impressed with anything at all  didn't help that was left in my size on the sales racks.

the pique shawl cotton cardi was alright i guess, texture was good and the color looked nice. did not feel like buying a cotton/acrylic cardi for $30 though :(

Second that. Uniqlo is for cheaply made products that approximate the shit you can't or won't shell out the money for. It's not painstakingly hand-crafted by indigenous peoples to last a lifetime.

Seriously. Buy flannels, ocdbs, wool sweats, ect at uniqlo. Shit that compares to other brands for 2-3x the price.

Meanwhile the J. Crew/ LL Bean/ Club Monaco/ etc. threads keep chugging along. Apparently there are seasonal J. Crew threads? Do we need a new thread for every Uniqlo collection/collaboration?

Does anyone have their floral print or polka dot button ups? How do you like them? They seem a little long like a dress shirt.. are they too long to wear untucked?

Hi, does anybody know the quality of their hoodies for the new season? I've been told that the material feels sturdier than their hoodies from a few years ago.

Definitely too long for me, but I always have that problem with button ups...
I'm actually getting mine shortened and taken in a bit in the body sometime this week (regular fit shirts) for a small fee. The slim fit shirts were too tight in the chest/shoulders.

I'm not really short, I'm just really skinny (5'9 34" chest 28" waist) think I should go for a S or XS? I don't trust their measurements

I'm 5'9'' 155 with a 39" chest and 30" waist and I got an Asian Large, which should be a normal Medium (with shortened sleeves possibly?). Fits in chest/shoulders but a little loose in the arms, straight up too big in the body and also like 3 inches too long lol.

Wish I could help you out on XS/S sizing but I imagine you should try and size according to your shoulders as well..for the record though I think I tried on the Asian Medium (US small) and still found it an inch or two too long for my taste.

    oh ps:
If you're really skinny consider getting the slim fit dress shirt version of the polkadot shirt, it's a little nicer anyways imo buttons are MOP-esque not black like they appear online. Inside of shirt is blue and shirt just feels better.

5'9", 125, 33" chest and ~15 at shoulders. XS is fine in length, short in arms, baggy though chest, shoulders and back

I wore it today in -15 celsius under my Attachment wool coat with a t-shirt. Didn't feel cold at all.

Well, my face was frozen. But my torso was fine :)

    It's a miracle product.

Thanks guys, I think I'm going to just order a few different ones in different sizes. Keep what fits and return the rest. I think XS is going to be more what I'm looking for.
