My turn to present you my first pair from Vass (purchased on June 2012).
Old English II, F-Last, double sole, Antique Cognac Calf, UK10 (they were half a size too long).
Natural light, closest color on 2nd picture.

These are excellent in every way. I just need to know if Vass has a reddish brown suede....like G&Gs polo suede.

Agreed, though they unfortunately didn't have any Goyser-stitched ones in my size during my last visit. Didn't stop me from getting these, though:

Thanks! Budapest is a fun city, and I definitely got those boots for going places and doing things. They clean up real nice, though.

These cordovan ones need some work as well:

    Nothing from Bass [IMG]

From Vass, not sure yet - I am still looking at the newly started Japanese Shoe thread by Nutcracker...he giving me some more ideas for Mr L Vass & Co...

Some ideas I'll be challenging Mr Vass to:

X-post from shoe porn. Old shoe (well, shown here before in any event) but new pics that I think capture the colours a little better.

A dark sleek round whole cut with 5 (golden?) metal eyelets and flat laces, great idea!. what about this one you posted in the Japanese thread? [IMG] This is the first double strap shoe I've seen that avoids the ugly (imo) fat crossing flap.
