Tonight I have crappy pics of what I bought today.

    Vintage kitschy wiener dog valet...

Bummer about the wiener dog breaking. That reminded me of this guy whom I completely forgot about and had left sitting in a bag on the backseat floor of my car.

Nice! That's pretty unique. I buy all the tiki / Hawaiian / etc stuff i can find if its older or obscure. One of the best things i found was a souvenir small tiki mug that was only offered on the first Tahitian Air flight - maiden voyage thing for however many were on that 1st flight.

I also endorse this. Older rollers rule, newer ones suffer from build quality that makes me make the [IMG]face. But Seriously??? pm me about this "Check engine light" thing you got going on. could save you some monies.

Kevlar jeans?? that's a cool find. [IMG]

HA missed that. I was thinking NWT at Savers or something. Sorry! I shall retreat back into my lurking cave now, hopefully to emerge in the summer when I can actually thrift.

One stop one kop. But it was Savile Row [IMG]

Bespoke tweed hacking jacket tailored 10/87 by Norton and Sons. Made of an awesome herringbone tweed with a red over check. Hacking pockets, throat latch, true 3 button, of course lots of handwork. There is a snag on the front, but hopefully someone who would actually use it won't care all that much. Half off Saturday at Goodwill too.

If it's for yourself I think it's an OK price, not a super bargain but leathers here are usually priced a bit higher

Lady, Gentlemen, people of all creeds, drunk or sober. I present to you: The return of a legend. The FIRST ever Japanese domestically put together Denim brand.
Canton, producing from 1963, replaced by Big John as a brand name, made their return a few years ago. and are still top tier Denims flying under the radar. Touted as "a Rebirth, not a Replica". They Deliver on the Mantra. the details are all there, the stitching is NEAT.

Yes, These are also Selvedge. using a navy thread to seal the deal. and the selvedge is Perfect.

So why am i bragging a retail purchase? Because here in Japan, these bad boys are up in the same leagues as sugarcane,Pherrows,Momotaro, etc. And i managed to get these for a fellow member at 40% off Japanese retail price, which amounts to 70% off what you would pay at a Brick and mortar shop in the 'States. shopped to order, in his size.
Absolutely slayed it. with quality Japanese made Denims at rock bottom prices. @aglose these are all yours buddy. [IMG][IMG][IMG]
