I'm here. Let me tell you how difficult it is to hunt through racks and racks of suits and jacks with a bottle of Miller High Life in your hand. That was by far the coolest combination of things I have done in a while.

Not as overly eventful for my fellow thrifters as I had hoped. Did score a pair of minty fresh Cole Haan Nubuck wingtips for Brianpore.

I did however manage to spend a reasonable amount on the following:

A stash of Aldens (5 pairs),
Allen Edmonds Park Ave (2 pairs),
10 mint Vineyard Vines neck ties,
1 mint Vineyard Vines bow tie
2 sets of Brooks Brothers Oxford Cloth braces
A pair of sand dollar cuff links, which I just discovered are sterling silver with my magnifying glass.

Pics may have to come on another day. I have suddenly found myself under the listing gun, once again this week.

Suits and Jackets were still way overpriced, even at 50%. I'd rather have thrifted in Midtown NYC. If he can keep enough business to stay open another year, I will keep working on him. He seems like the kind of guy who would make better deals for regulars.
