Dang! Still a cool piece regardless.

Nice!!! I remember the glory years of vinyl collecting very well. LPs were .10 to .50 each and everyone was dumping them. The majority of my collection is from those years. Obscure rock/prog/psych LPs by the dozen, the must-haves (Stones, Beatles, Dylan - all mono pressings and NM), Hendrix, etc. Tons of local garage 45's too. Good stuff. Looks like those days treated you well too. That Allman Brothers debut is great. Bitches Brew and Trout Mask Replica are still on my want list. I have that Masked Marauders album - that is a fun one. The mystery of the band members and all.

Another trip to buffalo exchange to dump some redonate stuff, another 100+ in my pocket.

Got these sweet NiB New Balance 998s for $13. Made in USA and awesome. Their pricing is so weird. They gave me 40 for a pair of beat up boots but NiB stuff at these prices? Not complaining

How do you all treat ties? I'm trying to get mine flat again. I steamed some of the wrinkles out but there's a lot of bends that I can't seem to steam out. Is the internet correct with the cool ironing of the tie with a cloth over it?

(Marital) happiness is beginning to list a really nice PRL corduroy SC in rare 36 (with all the quality fixin's) and your wife walks by and asks, "Can I try that on?"

When Mama's happy, the family's happy. :nodding:

^ Am I the only one thinking the chest/shoulders are too large?

Also, @bboowwyy , I still wouldn't have the lighting you've got, but you've convinced me to re-design my setup so that I can shoot straight down.

Hey Guys! Been almost a month since I've really posted. I was not able to thrift for pretty much all of October. Really sad to have missed out on the last scavenger hunt. I'm sorry about that, Cap'n Wes. [IMG]

Anyways, I FINALLY got to go back out today. Nothing earth shattering, but I snagged some cool stuff! Everything is available unless otherwise said so.

    Shoes:
    Mezlan Monks
    [IMG]
    For me so N/A
    J&M Made in Italy
    [IMG]
    Christmas Present so also N/A

    Scarves and Ties:

Is this a thing? Seems very similar to Hermes...

Also, I've never heard of this one. Made in Italy, nice and thick. I can't find much on the interwebs...

    All the ties:
L-R Zegna, vintage knit Silverwoods, recent RT BOC, D'Urban, Arnys Paris.
Pretty sure they are all untagged.

    Sweaters:

This one is awesome. I wish it fit me SO badly.
LL Bean made in Ireland cardigan with leather buttons and awesome wool.

Looks like an older (i.e. early-mid 2000's) Thomas Pink, based on similar tags on a few of my own TPs from that era. Best guess.
