I can't answer if the Versace is real, but that is a great pattern.

Just in case anyone here is as obsessed with overpriced indigo dyed japanese clothing as I am, I took some better photos of the umii 908

I don't ask this often, but could I get an authenticity check?

The silk feels hella nice, and the tie feels constructed well, but I don't see any tag indicating a country of origin. Also doesn't have that Gucci logo/shield thing on the back blade. Maybe just an older tie...?

Not a heartbreaker if its fake, more curiosity than anything else.

Is that HL suit silk blend, or just pressed to shit at the dry cleaners?

Tag reads 100% virgin wool, i think it is purposely made to look like that though.

Holy fuck. I die. Did you thrift this? I haven't been reading every post of the thread recently. If so, best find in awhile. Please let me know if you ever get rid of that.

Yeah, I picked it up while I was in Boston at a consignment shop along with a Nom de Guerre and some NWT BoO polos. The shop girls said something along the lines of "oh yeah, that guy dropped off some really cool stuff, most of it went in the first week" ugh, who knows what I missed.

I found a HL suit a while back in virgin wool that looked just like this. I think I asked the same thing too. Ended up selling it to a buddy for a Franklin.
