No I haven't. Last week my wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. One of her bridesmaids husbands bought us a the big thing of Makers. We still have about half of that. Might need to start drinking some more of that.

Isn't there a thread for this kind of 'tude?

Bro. Don't sweat. I played more golf during the first month of bar prep than ever before or since. Probably combined. If ONLY I'd been into this hobby then.

Last 2 weeks are hardest. Rest is just doing what they tell you, which doesn't take 14 hours per day.

Bros been killing it. Those EG wing/specs....

Found this vintage Ho Aloha Hawaiian shirt. It has interesting metal buttons and pick-stitching. It's untagged, but probably a size small or extra small and available.

;) Fair enough. You won't catch me going near Jack either, but I'd consider a small batch "bourbon" from outside KY. Black Maple Hills is damn hard to beat.

There's a whole sub forum, but this is where I feel comfortable. The posters over there are generally an elitist crowd whom would judge you for wearing something as mundane as Band of Outsiders or APC. I love wearing SCs and suits, but I mostly look like a fuddy duddy professor in them, so I've settled into the wonky SW&D finds.

This was at the local record store (which is in danger of going under, even after a killer Record Store Day) for $4, I offered to proxy for a Bowie fan here but got no love. Thought about picking up for myself. Too bad shipping records isn't very convenient, could definitely be cool to start some record trading action.

Brought this very nice POW Check Sportscoat last weekend from PRL. Almost fit perfect apart from needing an inch taken up from the hem. Can't wait 'til the weather cools to bust this out.

Today's thrift shop harvest, for 10 bucks.

A Minolta Dynax 7000i with shitlens
    A Konica with a pretty good 40mm f1.8 pancake

    Made some quick product shots:

Proceed with caution. The general consensus seems to be that shortening a jacket will make it look "off" due to the placement of the pockets, button stance, etc.

I have the same problem. Found this a few weeks ago:

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.codete.android.colorhelper

Snap a pic with your phone, tells you the color. Currently madly in love with it.

I don't understand how all the swd dudes afford all their shit most of them look like they are 19 and they are wearing like 2000 worth of gear. I probably shouldn't be talking but at least most my shit is thrifted I doubt they found their Rick dunks at goodwill... I love swd but shit is too exclusive for me I only have 2 pairs of selvage a pair of common projects and a few drapery knits and bomber jackets I don't want to post in that thread unless I am wearing head to toe black gauze and a gold chain so I can look like some sort of demented a$ap fanboy. Anyway I dress way too preppy most of the time to he cool, like right now I am wearing a baracuta g9 a v neck sweater some apcs and Clark's *sigh* if only I could stunt as hard as the swd cats

Nothing for me today, just one vintage hat. I know some of you guys dig this stuff so maybe you can help me gauge if it was money wasted? I can't seem to tell what it's made of but it seems in great shape to my uninitiated eyes.

Cavanagh made nice hats, but that thing is fugly. Won't be much of a market for it, IMO. Longhair finishes were never very many people's cup of tea, and that's a later '60s/'70s one when they were essentially novelty items.

Aww bugger, that shows my knowledge! I figured the longhair might be more exotic as I never see them around, clearly I don't see them for the opposite reason. Oh well, I can make the pin into a lapel decoration I suppose when I really need to peacock.
