That sounds like a 41L with fairly wide shoulders.

Not to mention warping of the vinyl. Those puppies need to be stood up properly like yesterday.

I'm glad somebody noticed! I was pretty stoked on finding that shirt. It's nothing compared to the sick A&F shooting coat posted a few weeks ago (by silverwarebandit?), but still pretty cool.

Thanks, dude. and everyone else who commented and thumbed.

These are frankenmeasurements. Pit I'd call that a 41/42. I'm a pretty solid 42R, and my preferred pit is 22. Of course, I like my stuff a tad on the slimmer side. But the shoulders are HUUUGE -- closer to 44. 20" shoulders categorically swim on me since I've lost a bit of weight. As for length, 32 is long, so 33 is extra long. There's no way to describe this other than bespoke. If you had to put a size on it, I'd say 41/42 x long (Wide shoulders)

I have a similar PRL in linen. Can't freaking wait till summer.

Speaking of navy blazers/sport coats, I'm now on the hunt for a nice summery one, patch pockets, preferably pearl buttons. 42R. HELPMEOUTBROS!

Yea, sorry I started that. Meant it as a fun joke.

Following up, here's all the awesome stuff I found:

    Jack.

    Shit.

One of you mothers beat me to it. Worst day in months.

If anyone finds a single brested decent looking linen blazer that's formal enough for casual business wear (I know oxymoron) and they would like to pass it on that would be excellent :) not looking for anything fancy mostly just a good beater SC to wear occasionally to work this summer for my first real job (hence business casual).

EDIT: Will pay cost + shipping so long as not outrageous shipping prices.

So, I waited a few days and went back to my recent "honey hole" where apparently a recent estate was being sorted that just happened to be my size.

BINGO! I now have to change my signature.. I'm no longer looking for a tux in 44L... Not only is it the nicest complete tux I've seen in a store (Zegna Trofeo from Neiman Marcus), but it hits every measurement on me perfectly!

A Valentino DB suit also from Neiman Marcus, still had the pricetag...

And several Brooks Brothers sport coats in my size

This BB coat felt like it was made from the same material as my Tilley hat - nylon?

This BB coat is 100% lambwool

Never heard of this before (Emilio Bruzzi), but I liked the buttons - needed a set for a different DB coat. May be a donor.

    And a pair of Burberry London slacks (in 38 x 28 1/2)

All in all, I'm quite pleased! Looking forward to seeing what else comes out!

Yeah sorry I figured I'd better at that last bit or questions would be asked. The mind does wander.

That is an incredibly cool find. Baldessarini is so underappreciated, and that pattern is wicked. Nice fit too.

Can't say I agree with Andro on this one. Unfortunately that's a size too small for you, los_face.

Hey guys I recently found a cool vintage jacket with gold buttons. I am not sure if they are real gold or not but they have the engraving of "HJ" on the back of each button. i am really not sure what that means, but I remember that there are a couple members that have found gold buttons in the past and I was wondering if anyone has some knowledge on the matter. Just let me know, thanks in advance!

    IMPORTANT PSA

Looks like there is a phony email going around. This just popped up in my email box.

Notice the extra L in Paypal. Once inside the email there are links to click on to verify my information. What clued me in was, it said this was my second notice. I suppose this was an effort to make me act quickly without thinking. Fortunately I monitor my inbox often and knew there was not a previous email.

If you ever receive any emails, from eBay or Paypal, that you think are suspicious, forward them to spoof@ebay.com or spoof@paypal.com for verification.
