I've always loved Etro as well.... it's like a crazy, favorite uncle. Kind of a guilty pleasure, but one which I really enjoy!

I woulda kop'd for $40. I grabbed a nice Valentino the other day at TJs for the same price.

feeling pretty good about my find today

i'm not a pro on labels and quality like some of y'all are but I think this is a MTM Kiton shirt, made for a really fat short guy. And as a really fat, tall guy, I just found an amazing shirt for any time I need to roll up my sleeves.

Also found a gitman gold shirt in my size at TJ Maxx today.

Passed on Zegna mainline x3, Finnamore x1, and Borrelli x1 shirts that were too small for me (as fancy brands at these stores typically are), so I left them for the next lucky buyers.

Just got back to everyone who initially asked about the shirts and sweater, sorry for those that I missed right now. I'll get back to you all if people who originally asked me about things fall through.

Also wondering about a Gieves and Hawks jacket I saw there. I thought I grabbed a picture but I didn't, but anyone know if it would be worth trying to find the accompanying pants? Pretty sure it was pretty mint and wasn't marked up too highly since they weren't too familiar with Savile Row stuff. I'll probably be making a quick stop at one other spot that's been pretty lucrative in the past (where I got some people in this threads PL sweaters) since I've gotta run near the anyway. Will be back to update.

Two Brioni coats, both size 48, double vented, working sleeves.

Brown (much browner than the photo) windowpane:

Navy pinstripe (good chance this is an orphan):

Not horrible, but not worth picking up unless you really like it. It is a discontinued Armani line that was a mid-range of their offerings.

Had a pretty good overall day today. The bad...left behind a staple gray pin oxxford with a tear in the pants (beautiful suit), a few older main line unvented zegna's (bought the nicest 2 to flip), Corneliani navy double pinstripe no pants, Hart Schaffner Marx (current tag) solid gray no pants, and a handfull of beat up zegna and canali shirts. The good stuff will be coming soon in the form of pictures [IMG]

Can anyone help me ID this jacket? Beautiful piece and obviously pretty high quality, but no maker identification of any sort.

I would hazzard a guess at Chester Barrie. But I'm sure someone will be able to confirm (or deny) this.

    Cheers

    Edit: Too slow.

I'll throw my hat in for Chester Barrie. The cursive used for the "C" is identical to the "B" and "C" I saw a week ago.

Logging all of today's thrifts into my inventory spreadsheet wondering about these two. The Rubinacci is the good one, or is this a knock off? Quality seems OK, nothing special. The Coogi seems real after I learnt my lesson from reading this thread a few weeks back (Yellow Blue Green Orange Red), and the shirt itself is pretty freaking awesome, but can't find anything like that on ebay or in the completed auctions, nothing with such a cool design.
