    Totally agree but in the case of this piece, I'm pretty sure the lettering has been changed so the NH is "Neighborhood". Military issue ones I've seen just say "USN". It's a subtle difference but it's there.

    This store uses them to attach suits together. Straight through the chest into the pants so they aren't separated.
