I'm early by a few days, but close enough. Have I really spent a decade on SF? My does time fly....

Anyone who thinks Dre can rap is a moron. Chuck D is 10x the rapper Dre is. 2x the rapper Cube is. And even just 2 beastie boys could rock a show harder than anyone now. Bet L.L cool J could still drop a fat session. We had rap. We had hip hop. It is now a distant memory. Lords of the underground. Beastie boys, wu-tang, wu-tang, Outkast. And many others. . . Dang i need i-tunes. :embar: -edit: De La Soul, Onyx, Kool Keith, Tribe,Missy Elliot, Too $short, Psycopathic Rydaz. . . .

    AO is the shit.
My ex bought me some new Ray Ban aviators a couple years ago, and I suggested she exchange them for AO's. She took me out to dinner with the change.

Shuttling mom to and from the doctor today (growing old is BULLSHIT), I just had time for a quick stop at a local spot where all the menswear smells like cologne.

    Everything ebay-bound.

I believe this is a collab with Loopwheeler. Nike-heads - is there demand for this thing?

Not THAT Craig Robinson. I guess this guy dresses a lot of rockers and movie stars. IMO the button stance is ridiculously high, but this was a well-made suit (pants not shown), and only a buck, so I took a gamble.

Today's finds: (excuse the poor cell phone pics)

Woolrich, Made in USA , 1/4 zip size Medium

BRAX pants (size 40 - wish they were my size...these are sweet pants)

They were cheap enough, I'll send to Bay.

    Personal keeps...
A couple pairs of Alberto pants in my size.
Also a couple Zegna ties. Someone must have had a few as I left a few others (they were 4" which doesn't work for me, and square geo ones), and a few Harry Rosen store ones.

(Haven't had much luck pushing ties lately so didn't think to flip them, if they were flippable - need to get rid of some I already have)

Yo Tyrone - I've only heard of NSW made in Japan sweat shirts being loopwheeler - if it's tubular knit I can't imagine it not being loopwheeler. I think demand has died off, I had a feed for it years ago and prices were astronomical when it was new. Could still be the case.

fwiw would agree as well. and i'll add that the first pic (of the outside wood) also appears to be a veneer. which isn't really here or there but if it's chipboard or cheap plywood inside that's not great imo. maybe there's a visible edge or if you tip the unit can you see/feel the guts of the boards?

    Morning boys!

Today best bring the heat on my lunch break. I need to leave my house at 7:35, I overslept until 7:20! Thankfully I showered last night but shit, ironing a shirt and doing everything else within 15 minutes is nuts.

I need a coffee and a Kiton 'cuna SC today.

Great stuff @Heider. Glad to have you around these parts. Your hauls indicate to me you're EU based right? If so...

No time to get through my backlog lately. Few things to share though.

It's tempting to keep it actually, it's pretty swish. If be interested to know who made it for Church's actually. Drop the knowledge gents - Made in Italy, very nice construction...

There's a silk tag identical to that one on a square in the basement downstairs. I'll dig it out an ask the maker for you.

I hope it's the right tag I'm thinking of.

Been out of the country lately. Need to get back to the thrift of things. Picked up one interesting item today. I normally don't pick up Polo Sport because I don't know what I am looking at, but is this light jacket a thing?

Sorry man, had a hell of a night last night. Shoot me some pics. There are certain visual cues one can look at to tell. One of the most important things to look for is if the triangles on the side are whole or cut off. If they're whole, more than likely their real. Also, the suede will be a giveaway. Real suede feel normally meant real shoe.
