Close red wing Irish setters. Haven't cleaned them in a bit so they show a little age so I've been beating them up. Green plaid alaskan filson in M and rrl denim. Jeans are only about a month in had to get a couple new pairs as the twins put about an inch on my waist.

If anybody is interested in my flat head jeans they sadly don't fit they are available. 32x36 new never worn.

Ahh I thought I saw an embossed logo, but thought maybe it was patina. I swear I've seen you in some thoros before that had the little fabric USA tag on the sides, and figured em for the same pair.

I'm starting a collection of vintage Paul Smith items.

I have these on the way, so anything similar to this PM me. [IMG]

Can anyone kindly ID this tie? I've seen this label before and I checked all of my ties, but nothing matches. Perhaps it's an older label from a maker I'm familiar with, but has since been changed.

Quick question for the thread, does anybody have a source for natural horn buttons? I've got a number of jackets that need a button swap. Thanks in advance!

Haven't got my ties in front of me, but content tag reminds me of either Luciano Barbera or maybe Bizzochi?

And I have like a dozen Barbera ties that I thought I checked as a comparison. I guess I missed that brand. Edit - E Marinella?

It seems to me like the generic tag for a silk tie, but I could be wrong.

I'm actually leaning toward E Marinella now.

Most phone cameras will do fine if you give them enough light.

my experience has been that buying good buttons at retail is prohibitively expensive. cheaper ime to buy suits and pilfer.

might also snoop around and see if they have corozo. i know PRL uses those on their suiting and it makes a nice button. dunno if there is a significant price difference either way but it may be a little cheaper if you're doing several suits. $.02.

also: i know you're not soliciting but i know i have a 2-button Brioni (non-branded horn i believe) that is headed for the seam ripper. PM if you'd like i'll send the hardware if that helps.

^^^^Yea, I tried doing that. Took me about two months to find a good DB with nice buttons that was cheap enough to scrap .
