The selvedge oxfords fit a lot better than the original oxfords. I have the light blue, white and white collar and pink stripe.

If anyone can throw in their knowledge it would be appreciated: Do the westerns shrink at all when washed/dried? I'm looking for about half an inch of shrinkage in the width, hopefully I can get at least that. thanks.

I typically run my RRL westerns through a cold wash and delicate dry, and they *felt* like they had shrunk after a few cycles. I didn't really bother with measuring them, though, especially since I had them altered shortly after buying them.

They're 100% cotton, so I'd just assume so.

and inch and 1/2 just go down a size next time. what size is your chest.
Shrinking a shirt ( trying) is not a good idea at all.

RRL seems like a good substitute for BoO. I've seen some fit pictures of the oxfords a few pages back and the back length seems long in some of the pics. How do these shirts go untucked? I suppose I could get it altered if necessary.

^ the rrl xs i tried on fit better but similarly slim as boo xs. no problems with the weird hem and the length was good for untucked purpose.

The selvedge oxford in M does not fit as slim through the body or the sleeves as a BoO M. It's slim in a classic, easy sense, not the hipster-skinny sense. I like both, but they are two different styles of the same garment. RRL is obviously longer in length.

Do most RRL denim have a really short rise? I've seen some listed as 9.5" on ebay, yikes.

Does anybody know if the Madison store carries the RRL t-shirts?

I am heading to NY this weekend and was hoping to just hit up the Madison store? If not, which of the 2 RRL stores downtown is better?
