I bought this one. No worries though. I did a cold wash tumble dry and it shrunk to the size I like. I was a bit worried at first because the sleeves and length were a little long and the p2p was wider than I usually wear.

    A slight correction.

They are, in fact, pretty much stitch for stitch the current made-in-USA selvedge (non-LVC) 501s. I've laid them on top of each other and it's true down to the details, aside from branding and the buckle on the RRL LE model.

They are made in the same factory, to the best of my knowledge, but even so it was an interesting observation.

Hi new to style forum but read it for years. Just wondering who manufactures the rrl Brunel boots. Are they equal to redwing quality? Prefer the look of the Brunel but would like to know who rrl has got to make them
    Cheers

I am not 100 % sure of this, but I believe they are made by thorogood boots, which you can get for much cheaper.

Anyone have experience with these sweaters? Can't seem to find a size chart with XS numbers but I assume they're the same as other brands?

I checked the Spring line and to date there are 2 pairs of trousers with riveted (metal) buttons—the Herringbone Utility Trouser and Pincheck Carpenter Pant.

Recent acquisition during the 30% off sale. Took a gamble on it and very pleasantly surprised. Happy that this is one of the times where the actual item is more interesting than the picture online/in the lookbook. It's turned into my every-weekend shirt. With low-straight Sacramento wash from a couple years back.

Here's my latest purchases from the RRL sale. This place is bad for me and my bank account.

     Hi thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure about the thorogood boots, the leather quality doesn't seem quite the same on some pics iv seen and also looks like the thorogood use more like a storm Norwegian welt, rather than the normal Goodyear welt on the Brunel and red wing 875. Hmmm wonder who rrl has making these.
    Thanks again

I've got a pair of Brunnel boots. I compared to a buddy's Thorogoods. I'd be surprised if the RRLs aren't made by Thorogood.

Hey dan, not sure who makes them but if you can find them for sub $200 they are a pretty nice boot, thick leather, well constructed, and comfortable. My only gripe is that the rubber oil-resistant sole makes them essentially useless in the winter.

Also, great pickups Wildling and dcg! Which Clydes are those on the right dcg?

Dcg Are the bottom left the Jaspe chino's? I looked at those over and over. How do you like them and did you size down like other chinos? Nice haul btw
