is ts(s) mainly sold in japan? sometimes yoox will sell japanese goods for half the domestic retail price rather than the inflated price they'd charge in the US. That's why I'm guessing a Julius blazer popped up a few weeks ago for $350

I bought the coat, it was from an Italian store, 725 euro list I think

It's a bit lighter weight so I've been on the fence with it but I don' t really need a warm coat.

Rock it with a pair of black/dark charcoal wool trouser with the above side zips. I think it would look very good if you have the swag to pull it off. I can imagine Parker perhaps. Wool varsity with lining is so damn good. Price dropped back down again so I think it is a fair price. Roberto Collina makes good knits IME. And that varsity color make up is really sweet

Have only seen a couple and the price wasn't far off from the price listed above, but still cheaper by a few bucks. Found a pair myself a year or so back (NWOB) for $170 shipped. So nothing big, really[IMG]

The shaft is a little tall which troubles me

Sometimes yoox just fucks up the price. I bought a gustavolins overcoat for $175 and it wasn't even marked down, I think retail on his coats is like $2k.

Really wasn't impressed with the lemaire i tried.

as with any designer, there will be ho-hum pieces. fw12 had some pretty sweet outerwear though. like, give one of the alpaca or flannel pieces a try

I don't doubt that Lemaire has done some nice stuff, but I tried those boots a while back and ended up returning them. The height of the shaft did cause problems, and the materials and construction were kinda mediocre. Also, this probably has more to do with Yoox than the quality of the boots, but my pair showed up heavily creased and bent.
