Has anyone had this happen to their common projects? I have two pairs and has only happened to one. These get more wear than my other ones, but still the material shouldn't be ripping like this.

not sure what you're doing to get that hole. I've had a ton of cps and that's never happened.

How are you guys taking care of your derbies? About to pick up a pair but concerned about how the leather looks crappy after a few wears - creasing and stuff. Conditioner, polish, shoe trees, etc? I wouldn't be wearing them very often - not more than 1x/wk but still. Also - same size as other CPs or size down/up? Derbies have more room in the toe yea?

Anybody spotted the training boots (in a 44) this season? It seems like either they were discontinued or nobody ordered any this season. I really wanted some black leather or green suede ones. #sadface

Low leather Achilles size 42 are a perfect fit. Size 43 canvas tournament will be too big, right?

Cross-post since this thread is more active.

Anybody know where I can get high top Achilles for women? My girlfriend is looking for a pair. Google search didn't give much options. She's looking for colors other than black or white. Thanks.

Any fixes? Thinking about just sowing them up, maybe throwing them out when they get too bad. I've had shoes cost 1/4th as much and last way longer.

Some of the guys in the old thread contacted the store they bought it from and got something out of it, iirc.

Can anyone speak to the width of the leather basketball highs vs leather achilles lows? Trying to decide on a 40 vs 41 in the leather basketballs highs. I'm a 41 in the achilles low due to the narrow width, but fit ok in a 40 in other models which are a little wider (for example FW13 vintage lows, SS14 mesh highs).

I'm a 44 in all CP's, including Achilles and Bball Hi's. The Bballs are definitely "roomier" and more comfortable and the Achilles definitely tighter in the toe.
Both of my Bballs are the suede though.
