The use of that GIF is lost on you. This one would have been better:

Anyone know how Rick combats fit? If i'm 44 size and wear 43 in Ann D. boots and 43 in CP, what size should i take? If it's important, i'm interested in this version.

I am a 10.5 in most shoes, 43 in Ann D, and I have had the combats in both 43 and 44. The 43 felt slightly small, so I wear 44s now. FWIW, HTH, YMMV etc.

Opinions of reverse calf back zip Guidis? Is it more pliable? Or better off with smooth leather?

less breaking period and more of a rough texture, i find reverse leather harder to clean, personally like how reg leather shoes age

I'm looking for a pair of Guidi 992 derbies in reverse calf/bison/whatever. I think I need a size 43 or 44 (typically a size 9 in dress shoes). Not picky about colour, though I would prefer black or an earth tone.

Could anyone be so kind as to point me to a stockist? Alternatively, hit me up if you have a pair you'd like to sell

    Thanks!

Totally, I can't believe I waited so long. I'm ever so slightly worried about length (these are 45, I would consider a 46 next time maybe? or like a 45.5), but from what I have heard about stretch and based on how the leather seems, I think it will be OK.

Bought these Augusta Linen-over-leather side-zips on Rakuten. Love the material; they're in very good condition; the silhouette is great, and awesome Augusta construction. Only thing I can't quite get with is the CCP-esque toe shape. Ah, first-world problems..

A couple of members have mentioned how the calf is really, really stretchy, and the leather on my pair seems to be really stretchy too - but I'm a bit more worried after spending two hours in them yesterday. We'll have to see.
