Nice. I wear my whiskey LHS more than any other LHS. 2nd would be color 8.

I wore these (whiskey SWB from Harrison Ltd) for the 1st time yesterday, and hope that they eventually get the variation in color as those whiskey LHS.

Any other companies make flat waxed boot laces that are ~54" and maybe a little more durable?

I have laces from Benjos and they are as durabile as Alden's waxed laces. They are not any stronger.

Hey there buddy! Good question, I need some shorter laces myself. Throw up a pic of the natty WT boots!

Also, I got my package when I got home this evening. Thanks it looks great, testing it out this weekend.

@tricky you need to plan a trip to NYC and head over to Leffot or Alden Madison and just try on everything. I did exactly that when I was in NYC last September.
    Good luck.

    Looking good in your Indy's!
Looking good and I concur. Anything Unlined (Chukka, PTB or LHS) in Suede is great for warmer weather.
Very cool BK! Good to see the Black Shells in action.
Nice boots and shoes. Enjoy your Father's Day!
Superb Don!!! Those have terrific character on them!
I don't think those will look quite like Don's but with some time and wear, they should develop their own nice patina. Enjoy them ATL! -Mike

These were pretty tight in the toe box compared to my same-sized Aberdeen lasted shell captoe bluchers. After a few sockless wears, the shell has molded to my feet. I helped it a bit by pushing down the toe box area with my thumb!

Thanks...They are the Ben Silver style...but a Neiman Marcus version (and not shell...shhh) I do like this tassel version a bit better than the standard tassel moc.

Sorry! Yeah these are for sure my favorite slacks that I own. The pattern, fit and finish are awesome. I also really like my Brooks Navy Houndstooth slacks. Wore them with my Tassels above.

A quick "right out of the box" night/indoor photo of my latest. These are the DC Cigar Cap Toe boot on Grant Last / Commando.

They have an interesting shade where each piece of leather is quite different. Can't wait to wear them this week!

    Hey all

just got my first pair of cordovan, leffot lwb, and had two questions about quality issues in the photos below.

Are these minor issues that typically you would not fret over?

I think both could be cleaned up with a deer bone. Not great, but not terrible either. It's your call.
