yummy, looks like they are going to age beautifully. Promptly returned the pair I received after waiting almost a year for jcrew restock, was such a poor copy compared to yours.

    How old is that pair?
The patina (fading from burgundy to reddish-brown) is quite evident.

Agreed! Why even consider putting those away for the season?

I've never understood the "no boots in the summer" concept, and I live in the south!

The whiskey and cigar LWBs are from Alden NYC. I'm not sure when they will do another run of these. Just keep an eye on this thread for future offerings.

    Thanks very much!

Haha, I hear you. I have a few decisions to make, including whether to trade the whiskey LWB for whiskey LHS...

Thanks! Yeah, this is a difficult decision for me. I'll definitely keep the whiskey SW bal.

My Alden LWB pre-order arrived today. Like a few others on the forum.... 1 pair is slightly different in color. I'm inclined to keep it, since I've never had a shot at Cigar LWB due to my foot size being a 13D. I also included a few photos of other cigar, and whiskey for comparison. IMHO this batch of cigar falls in between prior batches.

    See Ya,
    Steve

Just got the note from Leffot that the Natty CXL Longwing pre-order is in. I'm still deciding whether or not I still need them. Would anyone be interested in taking the 8.5D?

Wearing the neglected cigar captoe boot on commando in the city today. They need a good brushing when I get home.

The color on these is beautiful. I'll be happy if the upcoming batch looks anywhere close to these. How long have you had them?

Also is that chili edge dressing I'm seeing? Whatever it is, definitely accentuates the shell.

I think they are 2-3 years old but I don't wear them often. Edge is natural or clear I believe.

Thanks very much. These are ravello kirkwood cap toe boots, Unionmade released these about a year ago.

Been wearing these a ton this winter, just want to wear some other shoes in the closet for spring!
