Is that really how "Epaulet" is pronounced? The way Kathy says it in the beginning of the part 3 video?

I didn't hear here say it but I have always thought it was pronounced "E paul let".

I have never seen such a subtle break in a LWT vamp, those must fit just perfectly. Very nice shine as well.

My eyes may be playing a trick on me, or is this cordovan a dark evergreen? The bottom photo looks like it could possibly be black but I have never seen black with this much green hue, great looking boots.

Apologies for jumping into the deep end of the pool on my first post, but I need* a PTB in Ravello and can't seem to find them for sale anywhere [measured a perfect 9.5 Barrie at Alden DC].

I've read the faq, checked the classifieds, and sent a few e-mails over last month: nothing.

*Need: I'm a Naval Officer and these shoes would be a nice replacement for heinous Bates materiel we are typically offered. Moving to Japan in the summer, and would really like to have these in my sea bag before I leave to avoid the pain of FPO/APO shipping.

They look dark green to me too.
