I would think so, the Barrie LWB is a bit long, even longer than Trubalance in same size.

You don't have nearly as many pairs as Mac. Therefore, your shoes get worn much more often. Therefore, they will never look as good, even with equal care.

    Gents-

Just learned that I passed the bar exam. I am going to buy a pair of attorney's shoes that will last me a lifetime. I'm going to buy one pair of AE and one pair of Alden. I would love if you guys threw a couple recommendations my way for Alden. Have at it, gents.

    Congrats!!

I would say the LWB in #8 or exotic shell. Timeless and will go with such a variety of outfits

Someone above a couple of weeks ago said that a black shoe is what is mostly the 'uniform' for court...

Color 8 LWB might be fine for the office though.

And, congrats! (This coming from the son of the Dean of Admissions to a prominent top 5 law school ;) ).

BTW, Leather Soul has had more than one 'Attorney Shoe' including Black and Color 8 both - http://leathersoulhawaii.com/?s=attorney

Congrats - I'll be joining you in a few years :)

Go black for sure, assuming you're making out to be a litigator. If you're going to mainly work in an office setting, color #8 would be appropriate.

I have the Attorney Shoe and it's great - wished they had the Color 8 one when I bought mine. The Plaza last is handsome.
