Yeah, Atoms are on tremont... Honestly I admit the first day I wore them I was worried about them being too snug, but they broke in well and now feel good. It is truly on the borderline - I go wider in grant (the next tightest on the size scale)

    Leffot day trippers?

Wore my pair today as well. I'm thinking of adding some commando soles to them.

Based on the release dates of the two boots one might suggest that Leffot "borrowed" from the Tassels Hunting Boot when they came out with the Day Trippers - what's that saying about imitation being the sincerest form of flattery?

I too plan to visit Tassels - maybe a stop-over in Hawaii, then on to Hong Kong and end up at the Bureau in Belfast. Around the world with Aldens.

Leffot has actually made this boot every fall for several years, so I believe it's the other way around. They've only recently been putting all their special makeups online.

Yes I did buy them from Tassels, it should be the only place selling Alden in Hong Kong, definitely worth going.

I think I've narrowed it down to these three pair since they all have the required commandos. Which do you think would be the best pick? will be wearing with jeans primarily.

I'd go with either the top or bottom pair, I have the top pair and really like them. The cap toe boot is a little classier looking as opposed to the Indy, so that may factor in....

I like the middle ones - I actually tried them on at Shoe Mart. One very sharp boot - a little narrow for me though, and they don't have speed hooks..

Since you're mostly going to be wearing with jeans, I'd go with either the top or bottom. The eyelets are too dressy on the middle boots for jeans, and you don't need to worry about the speed hooks catching on the inside seem of your pants. If you would wear dress pants more often I'd go middle...they're nice.
