Not happy with the winner. Too drab for my tastes.

It is not over yet :)

I just noticed dshell's bar colour and my bar colour are the same. And we're tied for votes! Amazing ...

    I just placed my vote!

Is it possible to put a little something related to styleforum on the tie itself? Like maybe on the tag says "Howard Yount for Styleforum".

You expected the Forvm to vote differently? [IMG]

The image of the finalists is like a colorblindness chart. I couldn't begin to guess at the colors in entries 5 through 9, lovely as I'm sure they are.

You should sweeten your incentive by offering a share of your royalty with fellow SFers who've voted for you :)

If there is a 5% difference between the first and the second places, I think you should award both.

Congrats Parker! Well played to all, that was very close, especially for AWXD vs Parker.

Congratulations to our winner! I'll be going to Italy in a couple weeks and will place the order in person with the maker. Ties should follow in 6-8 weeks.

I learned this week that (despite a previous indication to the contrary) my knit tie maker can't make knits with four colors. In consultation with the winner of the design contest, the winning tie has been modified. It should be available in around four weeks, in this and two additional colorways. [IMG]
