Summer weight chinos showed up today. Fit is great!! I ordered to 30 and 31, thinking the 30's were going to be jeggins. The 31's were actually just a little big, the 30's fit great!! I think I'm hooked on TS now.

Can anyone comment on how the chinos fit compared to Epaulet rivet chinos? Those summer weight ones look like exactly the type of pants I'm looking for for summer.

I feel as if the fit is a little more generous, while still being slim. I bought a pair of 34 TS duck chinos and they are perfect. I'm probably a 35 in Epaulet RC and size up to 36. I'd try the TS in your closest measured waist size. I think you'll like them.

    Thank you.

I bought a 34 in the rivets but need to let them out in the thighs and a little in the waist (I would probably be a solid 35, which means I should be buying a 36 in the rivets). So....a 34 in the TS would be about right eh?

Check the measurements of each, but what you describe is what I did and it works for me.

That's what I figured, I checked the measurements but they seemed almost slimmer everywhere except the waist, unless I was reading it wrong (which is possible).

I guess I bought based in the fit of the TS denim, which I bought in 33. Order a pair in two sizes and see which you prefer. TS customer service is great and returns are simple. I've seen them offer to include a return shipping label with the order somewhere a little earlier in this thread. Just let them know you are ordering to find your fit.

The summer weight chinos are a really great fit. I got the navy and granite pairs in 31 - same size I got for TS denim. It's a little tight in the waist (I'm a 33, and it's 32.5), but perfect everywhere else. They are slim but not too slim, in the thigh area especially (I cycle, so this is usually a problem area for me).

I do wish they were half an inch wider in the waist. Not sure why TS does these half sizes. They work great for denim, but for the chinos it would be nice if they were up half a size. However, I expect a little stretch anyways. And I could always move the button over half an inch too, there is plenty of room for it on the waist band. I think 32 would be too big for me elsewhere.

For another comparison, I find the fit comparable to 32 alpha khakis, except tighter in the waist (by about 0.5").

I'm a Canadian, so international shipping is an annoyance at the best of times.

I think I'll give the 34s a try, My 'litmus test' for pants are my APC new standards, and the measurements seem pretty similar (I wear a 32 in the APCs).

Well, just pulled the trigger on a 34 and 35 summer weight chinos, we'll see which fits best and I'll eat the return shipping costs in the hope of fiiiiinally finding a pair of chinos that fit me right (it's was an expensive quest before finding the perfect denim fit...shirt fit...sweater fit etc).

Are there any other colours coming out soon (like green...)?

There's a new code each week for the featured product.

    My size 36 shirts measure:
16.5" along the back yoke seam and 17.5" along the back at the widest points.

So do the shirts shrink at all? I know it says pre-shrunk, but I'm still worried because it fits perfectly as it is.

EDIT: If I were to wash cold and hang dry.

I've got a half a dozen or more of their shirts and none have shrunk in my experience.
I also cold wash and hang dry only.
