Unlike other shoes that I've read about, there seems to be conflicting info on the sizing of Sutor Mantellassi shoes. Since I don't have the information on the last for the Sutor, I really don't have anything to go on.

I compared the boots that I wanted to get with my Carmina Oscar, and looking at the outsole measurements, the Sutor boots are 0.2" too narrow and 0.5" too long. However, the edge of the outsole of the Sutor are closer to the uppers.

If anyone has a couple pairs or more, of they've tried on multiple pairs at a shop, your advice on sizing is appreciated.

Otherwise, will my comparison outlined above yield any meaningful information? Furthermore, does using a shoe stretcher to give me up to 0.25 widthwise sound like it's too much?
