Haven't tried that particular coat, but their other coats are quite thick. I imagine it would be similar.

Yes, i consider it a versatile suit, wich can be used for working or formal events, but keep in mind that the suit colour is not navy and has a little texture, so in my humble opinion is less formal than a plain navy or grey suit. Really love the suit, but if you are looking for basics look for the lazio plain grey. I also ordered the lazio grey birdseye, can post photos if you want

Love the color, it looks really soft, is it soft to the touch like cashmere ? ^^

I think it's fantastic, personally. Understand though that it is likely the most casual "suit" that can still retain the definition of "suit."

I love it. So many different uses and combinations possible if you're outside the realm of finance/law (no, I'm not bitter. I love my dark blue suit, white shirt and somber tie everyday).

I have never even considered corduroy before I saw that suit. I think it looks awesome, but I'd probably have to ease into it before wearing all of it.

I'd separate all the pieces up a few times before I decided to rock it as a three-piece.

Not really, it's very soft but less than cashmere, also i found the cloth to be thick and very warm
