I believe PB was referring to the New York Times (as too liberal), since everyone in NY refers to it as The Times.

Yeah, but he's not an ideologue by any stretch.

If he were as socially conservative as his Fox News audience and allowed that to influence his business, half of the sitcoms and dramas on Fox affiliates would never make it to air. He just saw a hole in the broadcasting marketplace and went after it.

    Jesus.

FT is owned by Pearson which also owns The Economist.

NYT is a closely held owned mainly by the Sulzbergers, but Carlos Slim owns 8%. This allows him to listen in on your mobile phones.

Murdoch owns the WSJ, so he gets to hack your voicemail.

And for the record the best format for The Economist is the Kindle edition on iPad.

    You people.

I didn't even get to vote in the last presidential election. I was working long hours.

Your vote could not possibly matter in that communist state.

The presidential election I am talking about. But either case, yes, you're right.

So it's a personal laser skin peel device?

How do folks not have time to do this crap at home?

Because when they're home, they have less portable quack-boxes sticking probes into their various orifices.
