I'm about as interested in Anne Hathaway's ass as I am the rest of her.

What is it with you guys and butt sex? Its like the holy grail to you.

Yeah I was right in there with Anne Hathaway being overrated until I read about her, umm, posterior proclivities. At this point, I am going to consider her woefully underrated.

I like a man amenable to new information and reason, and who possesses the right priorities.

Women who are rich, young, and take it in the posterior have their own special charms.

I'm curious as to why Isaia is making so many lists. Tacky red labels aside, it is one of the best values out there at retail.

I dislike names that end in three vowels.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that Polo seems to be coming up with bigger and bigger logos on their products? (Of course, it is quite possible that they've always been obnoxious and that I've only recently begun to notice the extent of it.)

After reading this thread my list has changed to:

    - exaggerated contrarian posts, particularly about AE, Jantzen and wholecuts and the like. No, they are not for everyone and you may not be swayed by the value proposition of the first 2 but your disdain for them doesn't make you unique or interesting. Sorry.

    - Most Lobbs. Some I like, but not some of the more popular models.

    - Bespoke shoes bespoken by someone other than the owner/buyer. It doesn't add any value beyond any other shoe made with the same care, quality and materials.

    - The term am-jack and the hatred for them. They're kids and they dress like it, I bet we all did.

    - The word 'fora' and other forum buzzwords. I don't care if they are correct but it's like listening to Obama say "Pockistan"...I don't care if it's correct you sound like a schmuck.

    Cannot be overrated.

Cannot be replicated by living humans either.

It's like trying to dress like Batman.

    Raw denim.
+100. Maybe it's me, but the idea of spending months breaking in denim is ridiculous. They're freakin' jeans! As for Anne, she's got a way about her, but you can swing a dead cat in most any town and hit cuter girls. I think it's the whole "I like anal" thing that has guys jonesing for her.

This is too easy. First, there's way too much attention to fit, and especially the degree to which fit is more important than quality or just sporting a storied label.

Styleforum also overrates photography skills. Natural light, clean your mirror, tripod, BAH HUMBUG. You can't see the details? Use your imagination for crissakes.

Styleforum also overrates buying on discount. You want the item, pay full retail I say.

Finally, Styleforum overrates wit. This is not a comedy forum. Everyone tries way too hard to be funny. People should tell it like is and leave well enough alone.

Most of us do. Sh*t is funny. Sorry if it's lost on you. [IMG]

Does your first comment mean you think that people should put more value on "just sporting a storied label"? Because the theme is here stuff that's overvalued on SF, not stuff that's frequently stated.
