I stopped by yesterday and a box of Pure Blue Japan denim had just arrived. These are their XX-003. Super slubby and hairy. They said they only make these once a year and the denim is woven on an exclusive slow shuttle loom which gives a very unique texture.

And here is a pic of Jeremy's 7 year-old pair next to a brand new, right-out-of-the-box jeans.

Stopped by yesterday and S&S had received their first batch of the Real McCoy's from Japan. The detail on this stuff is amazing. My immediate favorite was this heavy cotton fleece sweatshirt.

This field jacket is actually black and has every detail, spot on.

    Jeans, high waist, great feel:

Those Centurys look great and I like how you are wearing them. Hats off to Kapital for being so imaginative with the color and texture.

Thanks. They really do deserve a closeup... I'm interested in the grey-cast version and I've noted that Kapital has a all (triple?) indigo version now too: indigo warp/weft denim and indigo sashiko stitching. Maybe I'll see these on S&S site...?

Those Oakabilly's are looking damn good.

We should be getting stock in the grey/indigo soon, and I'm not sure if we can have the triple indigo in the US. Kapital can be challenging to work with.

Hey @StrangeJeremy what is the Tellason event on Saturday? Anything new?

It's going to be 12-6pm - we've got Pete & Tony coming out to talk denim, and we should have some nice cold beers on-hand.

It's also a good excuse to see the ridiculous amount of new stuff we have for spring/summer, including our first Real McCoy's delivery.

I'm really fond of Tellason. Have a few pairs of their jeans in Ankara and Sheffield cuts, as well as the indigo canvas in the slim tapered (Ladbroke)? I mean to try their Elgin at some point, assuming that's the slim tapered mid-rise.

Great no-nonsense products, simple and well constructed. And I like their Cone denims. Also seems like Pete and Tony are really hands on in the business (assuming they aren't having people sign their names to notes in the packages or send emails for them... ;) )

They're very hands-on - I run into them at their factory sometimes, and when I go to pick up orders at their HQ, they're right up in there packing boxes.

Great, I look forward to seeing the new stuff and to catch up with Pete and Tony. I've meet them before at some Bay Area denim events...good guys!

Hey @StrangeJeremy any of these Chups sold in the L size? I'm a size 13 and the "one-size" fit never works for me.

These are the L size - 9-12 - you'd need an XL, which I asked when we met with them in Tokyo, and the answer was no. I have found that the non-fair isle styles are less densely knit and work better on my giant feet.
