    Garza ties with a selvedge by Ring Jacket. It is OEM'ed by Seteria Bianchi, which Ring argues is better than Fermo Fossati (silk products division of Carlo Riva).

    Kinda gimmicky. But I like the gimmick...

    I use Bianchi for my grenadines and like them alot. Don't like those selvedge things though.

    I think of silk shantung as a summer fabric but otherwise consider silk year-round.

    Similar to silk shantung, is silk madder reserved for a specific season?
