I grew up with Brosnan too, but the only decent movie from that period was Goldeneye. Some of the others are just excruciating to watch in retrospect. North Koreans disguised as British millionaires? Space lasers trying to zap surf boards down an ice tidal wave? Madonna? Awful, just awful.

Spot on, sir. Goldeneye was by far my favorite too, but the later ones were just awful. I mean, I still enjoyed them when I was younger because 007 was (is) the shit, but now that I look back on them.. awful.

Also, Goldeneye on N64?!?! FUCK YEA :slayer:

This might have just been the single stupidest moment in the franchise.

honestly, u sound like an idiot. no seriously i think u are. u seem not to understand people very much. u must be anti-social. he was psychotic. and psychos are unpredictable. you also seem to lack a thing called common sense in a way how fucked up humans can be, its like u dont even understand from their perspective and only ask why? fuck you, everybody does their thing then people ask "why?" fuck off.

I watched Skyfall on blu-ray last night and I think I enjoyed it more on this second viewing that I did originally in the theater. Casino Royale is still my favorite as I think the dialog was a little sharper ("How's your lamb?" "Skewered. One sympathizes.") but Skyfall is right next to it and in fact Skyfall's cinematography is simply outstanding. Roger Deakins knocked the visuals out of the park.
