Don't love the Missoni fabric, this one is YSL, belted and only 200 more:

ya i thought about that one j, fabric is a little too plush for me and socal plus the sleeves are really long on it and I don't want to cuff them like in the pic...and i want something a little crazier like a missoni pattern

i'd mostly likely wear it open with the belt chillin, white vneck or henley, jeans and hightops or boots with parliament or rass in hand atop the downtown standard on a cool night or some ****. Oh and a drink, can't forget the drink.

Speaking of knits, not to jock Jet or anything, but I kind of want something like this (no belt necessary).

This one is JV but can anyone recommend something that is overall better?
Or just pretty much stay away from it?

The 5-zip is the only thing that is on my list for this year so any suggestion is appreciated.

pass on the jv, i'd stay away from those types of collars it just doesn't work

length is important too, that one is awkward it needs to hit top of the thigh or above the knee, mid thigh looks odd imho (eg my margiela robe hits above knee)

i saw a schneider one just earlier today, i'll try and find it for you

edit: here

still on the fence on these Dries.. do you think they'd pair well with the lanvin trousers? looking for something I can wear anytime. these seem to look tough, but still sleek. they'd be my first boots though (i know nothing about that stuff).

1) wear lanvin trousers
2) visit military surplus shop
3) try boots on with lanvin trousers
4) like = buy DVN
5) ????
6) shut up and be happy

Pretty new to this. Looking for a minimal jacket, blouson, bomber, etc. to be worn this fall and possibly into winter. Most I've seen seem pretty lightweight, but Georgia doesn't really have a winter (only snowed for about a week last year). Anyway, thoughts on these? They're pretty much the same jacket, only one has a hood and is a bit more expensive. Which would you recommend (I wear beanies so not sure if the hood would be useful much, but I still like the design).

Do you think these are good choices, or do they seem too lightweight for fall/ winter? As an alternative, do you have any suggestions for jackets of this style (minimal, bomber/blouson type)?

Well, like an idiot I bought no knitwear over the summer because it was too damn hot to even think about wearing more than a tank. Now I'm reaping the rewards of my folly. doubly so because I'm regretting all the awesome things I failed to purchase from razele.
