@Severisth: you should get the Études shirt. I love mine, it's sturdy as hell (sounds weird to say that about a shirt, but you'll understand once you've got your hands on it). It's a cool design and it'll look good with your wardrobe. Weird sidenote: someone in real life actually recognized the shirt today and asked me about it.

But anyway, just be aware that it fits pretty slim. I think you're a lean size small/46 if I remember correctly—a small should fit you fine. If you're muscular, or if you're in between S and M, then size up. My M is a bit snug on me since I started lifting/getting huge.

DLes, for some reason that T is made in Turkey if I remember correctly (if you care about these things). I thought about it and my conclusion was it would be hard to wear. How are you thinking of wearing it?

Looking to buy staple messenger bag... something around $500 but I am willing to go higher if the quality justifies it. This one by A.P.C. has caught my eye because it looks clean and simple... yay or nay? (if nay please give alternatives)...

Not a huge messenger bag fan, but I like the Filson briefcase a bit more. Bit ligther than carrying around a big leather bag all day, too. The big flap on that APC reminds me of something a highschool boy would carry

edit: Jas MB is also a great choice. I've had one for almost five years now that I use as a carry-on and overnight bag, held up wonderfully

I was thinking maybe a jacket or a leather over it. It would be intense on its own. I see it as more of a once in a while thing when going out to a show or event -- I wouldnt wear it to run to the hardware store to pick up some grout and crow bar..

+1 on not diggin the big flappy messengers
I'd go for the filson or a billykirk schoolboy satchel, mb is nice too but not too good for folders/papers, maybe saddleback briefcase if you need something more rugged

What B!CD said. Probably free size, worst case you return it?

If you like that aesthetic, J. Crew, Club Monaco, or even Eddie Bauer are probably a better value for your money
