Has anybody else had this problem with their dress shirts? My shirts aren't even that old, and the collars are wilting to form a C shape. Does anybody know what causes this, and how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Do you put collar stays in (and remove them while washing and ironing the shirt)?

Get shirts with slots for collar stays.
