Shirt collar and cuffs don't become clean after wash

    The ideal solution is to duct tape on the inside of the collar ....

    Besides the above suggestions, I would recommend that you wash your neck with soap every time you shower. You will notice that your collars will become significantly less soiled if you do this.

    There are people who shower without washing their neck?

    Hair shampoo works for some ring around the collar problems.
