Yeah, I'm hoping you will this week, so things get back to normal.

    Very competitive this year...

Wish I hadn't made so many dumb moves. Gonna make it much harder.

    Sucks, dude.

Between Lee, Sabbathia, and Vazquez I can't buy a win.

At least Peavy will be out for a month and I play Slim next week.

Quick question on another league I am playing:
I have a trade offer in which I can get Carl Crawford for Miguel Cabrera. Should I accept?

No way. CC can single handedly carry you in steals.

I own Cabrera and was offered CC. From what you say - I should accept (?)

Unless you desperately need steals, I would keep Cabrera. I think he has more value for the rest of the season.

Yeah, you may only lose by three or so...

I don't feel quite dominant enough to shut you out as I'd hoped. (like 90% of my hitters are slumping at the moment) But I will still beat you. I have better karma.

I'm going to crush both of you. Not that you care who actually wins the league.

I didn't make it to 1st last year till after the All Star break. I never relinquished my hold until that gnat beat me in the final round of the playoffs.

    Beware.

You've still never beaten me. I'm glad I give you something to live for.

Only multiple injuries will derail, at the least, my taking the #1 seed. My pitching staff is next level, my already potent offense now bolstered by the ridiculousness of Joe Mauer. I have but one category I will not dominate, that being saves, but I still have 2 closers there (thanks for Hoffman!).

Steve, I'll trade you a bag of rusty razor blades for Pavano. I think the razors would hurt you less. [IMG]

I have no problem with this as long as I'm ahead of Steve. I called the number two spot months ago. [IMG]
