Nice digs Lefty. Which floor are you looking at? Is it a walk-up or does it have an elevator?

Great place, man. Where is this at? Does the rooftop have any action on the weekends?

Its right across from Il Baccio and The Office. There are a few pretty girls but since its so close to the beach, I think everybody's just walking there.

Hell of a place and a labour of love for the owner. This fellow has a great eye.
    Unfortunately, not for us.

Reasonable for what it is. Not ready for 2-3 months. I'm getting sick of living out of a suitcase so want a place asap.

Pac Heights. 2300 sq ft/unit. Parking for 6 cars in basement.
My wife is lithe so we don't need much space.

Do you have any idea how hard it is for me to admit liking the place? Any place?

I almost lost it last night. While waiting for my CC to run through at Whole Foods the guy checking me out grabbed the magazine I was buying and started flipping through it. That "three strikes" law is the only thing keeping blood off my hands.
