I saw some old posts about £25 shoes but nothing recent.

Thoughts on Samuel Windsor shoes please?

    Goodyear welted.

Appreciate most decent shoe makers are better (loake etc) but £45 seems like its worth a shot for a couple of pairs used for rotation. (I also have meetings with councils/public sector at work and they aren't exactly at the forefront of style so I don't want to look TOO sharp if you know what I mean)

I know they are handmade in India but most designer brands are made abroad so the "English" bit doesn't bother me.

Anyone got first hand experience of these shoes and if so thoughts?
Used in rotation I would have thought you could get some wear out of them???

Style wise, my thoughts are that you wouldn't differentiate some the styles from more expensive brands but I'm unsure of quality!!???
