Do you recall what the asking price was on Gilt? Last I saw this was on Mr. Porter, initially for an eye gouging price however, the last remaining piece sold during the sales for 2000 something.

If it helps, the one I just bought was brand new and I paid approximately $2250 USD shipped. These rarely come up so don't really have anything to compare that to, just been looking for awhile and thought it was a reasonable price to pay for this piece.

    Looks outstanding. How's the fit?

That's the type of piece that will last for years.

Will get it early next week, will let you know. Measurements indicate a nice, slim proportion and cropped.

    Hi

Does anyone know where the current black/red plaid shirts home is? It's on the YSL website but can't find under PC/AW16/SS17? It's just in the 'shirts' section. It's also on ssense if anyone's confused which one I mean.

So far this season, I've bought the 100% viscose short-sleeve polka (pre-ordered) and the black/white hibiscus. Love the hibiscus so much. It's hang and drape are perfect. Also bought the grunge stripe sweater but sending that back as doesn't suit me.

    I'm new by the way!

Damn, @Prudy, those are some sick pick-ups. Both have been on my bucket list forever, and I almost copped that shearling from Mr P but I'd have had to size down. Can't wait to see some fit pics.

Yeah, I sold some things I haven't been wearing recently as I'm trying to grab pieces I missed the first time around. Like you, I've been hunting for a long time for certain items, got lucky finding a few, recently. I almost bought the blood luster twice when it was in boutiques but passed...kinda glad I waited actually as I'm about 10 lbs thinner now and I might have bought the larger size in 2014, lol.

IME these shearling bombers fit quite cropped and slim overall, especially since the shearling creates a thicker interior layer - did you try one on at the time or were you just going by the Mr P sizing advice online?

That jacket is fire. It's just a shame it's been faked to death.

Thanks - waiting for it to be delivered. Always wanted one of the red plaids. I would of preferred if it was PC but not a problem since it's still a classic item. Unless there's a sneaky inconspicuous logo I missed
