Does anyone have any fit pics of the gold-button blazer (ideally in black)? I can't decide if I like the look of the gold buttons or not, and I can't seem to find any pics of it other than YSL's.

Fair enough, but then I'd probably grab a different blazer instead. I would also like to see the fit before buying it.

It's look 1 on the SS 14 runway (the navy though), and has the standard 69 cm notch lapel 2 button cut.

There you go man :) Buttons are very nice, and feel more luxe than the usual found on saint laurent blazers - except for satin ones

Did the sale already end? How much did you end up paying?

@kieran84 @slann01 Thanks, guys! I guess I missed that look when browsing the runway photos. Still not sure if I like the gold buttons on the black, especially since I'm looking for an all-around blazer. I think they look better on the navy version. Wasn't there a standard gabardine blazer in the permanent collection before?

It still exists in the permanent collection - plain black gabardine, 69 cm length, notch lapels and patch pockets. Therattler, Youwhat, and I, have all picked it up this season. It's not available online though.

Damn, I wish I lived near a store. I wonder why it isn't available online.

I think it just depends on the buyers. I've been waiting for one to come up for ages, as UK stores haven't re-stocked since spring 2015. I just hope they bring the 3 button back now so I can grab one of those too.

    I paid $483.

I was ready to pull the trigger at my local boutique for $890 too. Glad I came across it at END.

I'm on the egde of copping for retail too. Was it with a code or anything? Because it only shows retail price for me.

As promised, here are some pictures of my black suede Hedi jacket. Forgive the quality of the photos, black suede is really hard to photograph––it either sucks up all the light, or refracts it. Anyway, this was my first Saint Laurent leather, and I still think it's a really great piece. Perfect fit.

Also I ended up going for the black corduroy blazer. I'll post some pictures when it arrives.
