My prob with the much hyped sephiea jeans is the humongous back pockets... Idk if its the color but they look much bigger than the regular 5-pocket jeans. Not that im a fan of RG 5-pocket jans whether it be the regular 5-pockets or type D.

The color is on point but c'me on... The only reason i'd consider a pair of geller jeans is the trouser cut front pockets.

Picked up a pair of the dark grey Chelsea boots -- went with my CP Officer boot size of 42 -- for $225 these are great price.

Yeah, the sepia jeans are weird for me too - awesome colour, but the fit just doesn't work. The loose top block combined with the super slim bottom definitely doesn't flatter me. But some of the fit pics for others look incredible, so I get the hype.

Are the Chelsea boots TTS? I'd be a 43 in CPs, but my feet tend to be too wide for their sneakers; boot typically have a wider last, but I've never tired on CP boots in-person, only their sneaks. I'm a 10.5 TTS, 44 in Margiela GATs.

Yeah it's just the stuff that comes in the first round. Cant expect much from Gravity Pope anyway, half of that stuff will probably be sitting on their website at this time next year with a 15% discount. Nice that they picked up Geller again though.

Just get the blazer. This seasons is in a heavy cotton twill. I tried it on, very nice, but it's not the perfect fit on me (unlike the Richard), so I passed. Waiting for sales is fun. But if you can afford it, you should just get the piece you want, at retail, at the beginning of the season. It's not like you are going to regret it (as long as you've tried it on already), and you'll get that much more use out of it. I typically will buy a bunch of stuff at the beginning of each season, and then do maintenance throughout, until sales time, when I am really looking more to experiment or to get those pieces that I could not possibly have afforded at retail without forgoing my kid's college funds or something. If you like in a warm temperate climate, that jacket will get you well into the winter.

I totally agree on the retail thing. Maybe part of me just doesn't think it'll fit in my wardrobe. Or that I'm sort of on the fence about the 27" sleeves on a 50.

You tried on the 48 or 50? What was the fit like?

Willing to pay retail for the damn blazer if I could just find a store that's stocking the 44. Machus, Acrimony, and now Gravity Pope have all had 46-50 but sold out/unlisted by the time I've gotten around to checking

Do these fit like other CPxGeller boots (i.e. a size big)?

Yeah, I'd pay close to retail for it but want to try it on. There's a Gravity Pope in Toronto now, so I'll see if they actually have Geller in store (I doubt it, as the Vancouver store seems bigger).

White, even though they aren't really white, more off white/natural.
