Hi All,

To date I have purchased most of my work suits from TM Lewin, however I have grown frustrated with them recently as they never seem to do alterations as I request/require, so I am looking to buy a couple of new suits from a different/better supplier.

Which high street suit suppliers would you say are the next step up from TM Lewin?

For my work suits, which I wear regularly, I am looking to keep the budget below £400 if possible.

What would everyone recommend?

Many thanks

Hey @Hoogie , there isn't really much quality out there for under 400. I think Suit Supply is your best bet if you can make it to London....or just order online (free shipping both ways).

Thanks for the response Murlsquirl, suspected that would be the case.

So in theory you would say that Suit Supply is the next level up from TM Lewin? There's no other shops that sit in between?

Then for my non work suits I'm probably willing to look at a higher budget, maybe around £600 odd. Would you say Suit Supply is still the best option at this price point as well or does anything else come up?

Thanks

No other that I know of at that price. I don't think I can say SS is that much better, just different. It sounds like you're problem is with the alterations and not the quality of the suits themselves. If I was you, I'd find a good local tailor you can bring your stuff to instead of using their in shop alterations...whether you stick with TM or try out SS. You can also scour eBay and/or our Buy & Sell section for other brands.
