    Stock photos for now. I really need to not buy anything else this season.

    @nahneun Parka/bomber ftw. Held off on moleskin version, but couldn't pass up down version for the winter. Thanks to @nicelynice for both the heads up and proxy.

    The buttons on my LUC farmer's jacket popped off on first wear while unbuttoning.... The button balance is really terrible because of how the holes are drilled so the stress distribution is really poor. <_<;;

    Got both of these in from Mr Porter today. Both XL, Both being returned if anybody is interested in taking them before hand. Varsity is too slim and sweats are too loose in the waist and too tight in the thigh, I think I'm done with Japanese brands, they just don't fit, which sucks cos I had my eye on both of these pieces for a while.

    Beams+ varsity (redder in person, super awesome though)

    you would think the brands charging hundreds of dollars would make half decent buttons and holes... i have a $200 shirt and when it first came, the buttons were all loose and coming off. after the dude repaired em, there still are a bunch of loose threads on the holes

    it's because the buttons' holes are cut out to spell L (3 holes) - (2 holes) U (3 holes) C (4 holes). the - and U are most likely to be under the most stress since they're around the chest area, but they have the worst stress distribution. The - isn't even in the middle of the button, but towards the top.

    right there with you... japanese brands mostly fit either too slim or boxy ime. although i do have a nbhd jacket that fits like a glove

    and this junya i picked up last weekend fits well surprisingly. their shirts run small though

    I really need to learn how to reinforce/sew buttons back on... so many great articles of clothing with loose or buttons that need to be sewn back on :(

    button sewing is the easiest sewing. it's unfuckupable if you take any care at all. (though i'm sure someone here can impress me)

    The price wasn't as important as the lack of availability, just a bonus.
    I've heard multiple people say they shrink in the wash so here's to hoping that's true.
    The heather gray is worth it to me.
