    Thanks bro!

You know its funny my first pair were my Green Bontonis and I thought there is no way I would even try them on but I did just for the hell of it and the comfort and craftsmanship I found is unbeatable.
I have a 3rd pair coming which is a simple wingtip in a medium to light brown.

Thanks man! Its hard to compete with your Kiton pickups but I try whenever I can :slayer:

Thanks G! I really appreciate it and all the likes and comments on the forum!

If I was ever to buy a pair of black shoes its Corthay. They have a pair I tried on in SF that was black with Red piping. Gorgeous

The word "stunning" get's overused into the ground. But these, dare I say it, orange sunburst pair here literally are stunning.

I would stop in my tracks, momentarily taken aback, at the sight of them. They are just so .... boom!

If I win the auction I've got a super cool, exactly-what-I-was-looking-for, kind of piece coming my way. Nothing uber - no vicuna, pink cashmere, or goochi - but one of those "just what I wanted!" buys.

I'm finding I'm much, much happier when I can score exactly what I want, rather than getting something close - even if it means spending more.

Will post tomorrow, win, lose or draw (?)....

If this forum has taught me anything, it's this very conclusion.

Settling is a waste of time and money.

Agreed. Spending more upfront will help you in the long run. Cause we all know we settle first then resell it for much less then buy what we originally wanted

    :fistbump:
but I don't know ... there's something weirdly compelling about those things. I think I have a love/hate/love/wtfAmIThinking? thing with them.

edit: the more I look at them, the more I'm drawn. No way I'd ever spend real dosh on them, but if they found their way to a B&S Drop!Drop!FinalDrop! I might give 'em a go. I have zeeroh idea what the could be worn with but, would it even matter?

I love that these come subtlely arc'd right out of the box. Super cool.

Edit: err, whoops - just rechecked the product page and it looks like they come flat. Sorry, this looked like such a pro pic I figured they sold/shipped that way but maybe not. Whatever, the fact that you've got 'em with the perfect ready-to-go curve is all that matters, however it happened.
